I’m a Gestalt psychotherapy trainee with over 15 years of experience in cultural adaptation.
Having lived and worked across different countries, I understand how it feels to start over, adapt, and find your place — in a new culture and within yourself.
I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed or trying to make sense of life’s changes.
My work is about awareness — finding space between thoughts and feelings, and learning to listen to both. I offer sessions in English, online and in person in Brussels, in a warm and confidential environment.
